Eclipse de Luna

Despegando

El avión despega y con ello dejo en tierra muchos sueños... pero también surco nuevos cielos...

Me parece que nunca había visto los viajes como algo parcialmente triste. Siempre lo relacioné con sonrisas y diversión, nunca con el dolor de dejar un pedazo de uno mismo atrás...

En la sala de espera, viendo la cara de los viajeros, sorprendí el gesto de angustia de una chica como de mi edad ...me pregunto qué habría descubierto aquella joven de haber leído en mis ojos??

En estos momentos el avión activa sus poderosas turbinas y siento cómo vibra y se desprende del suelo. La ciudad se hace chiquita, como un breve recuerdo. Este avión sortea los agujeros en el aire. Este avión-montaña rusa me provoca huecos en el estómago... me aparece mariposas... y me arranca una sonrisa que espero que me dure todo el viaje.

The distant days spent in that beautiful paradise are an illusion to me now.

 How long have I been here, banished to the realm of nothingness?

It is only by relying upon my anger and hatred that I have been able to retain my sense of self here, where all existence is nullified. 

My heart is being overcome with hatred, […]    and with the anger I feel for stupidly allowing myself to be betrayed.

Is this darkness, eating away at my heart?

 I cannot continue to idle away my time here.
